DAMARA is an excellent remedy for restoring balance to mucous membranes and maintaining a healthy respiratory system during seasonal changes and throughout winter. It is an herbal chest tincture commonly used to support and soothe the mucous membranes, a great remedy for chest infections, the flu, bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma, coughs, colds and sore throats.
DAMARA can be used to support and soothe the mucous membranes when experiencing vaginal and bladder infections, peptic ulcers, gum disease and mouth ulcers.
DAMARA was created using NZ Bush plants and is in a base of 40% alcohol and 60% purified water.
DAMARA contains: Kawakawa, Houhere, Rata, Kareao, Tawa, Pinatoro, Tarata, and Manuka.

Damara (Gentle) Herbal Tonic
Adults: 1 tsp (5 ml) twice daily. Can be diluted in water or juice if desired.
Children: 1/4 tsp (15 drops) twice daily. Can be diluted in water or juice if desired.
It is recommended to take 15 drops once daily in the morning as a maintenance dose, during seasonal changes or throughout winter to maintain and support mucous membranes and for a healthy respiratory system.
